Dear Friends,
As some of you know, I’ve been working on a new business focus. I am officially launching that business today – www.KeysToEvolution.com.
What has changed and what can you expect?
First, please know I can still meet with clients, however, I have moved out of the Bee Cave Road office. I can offer home visits or meet on Thursdays in my colleague’s office in Lakeway (RR 620, Suite 100F – across from the Spa at the Lake shopping center).
Regarding my new business – I am focusing on the four key evolutionary traits that that help make us more emotionally mature as individuals and function healthier as a society. These four key traits are storytelling and meaning making, empathy, equity & fairness, and love. Please see my links under "The Science” to learn more about the science behind each evolutionary trait. You can also see “My Story” to understand my personal motivation behind the development of this new business. The “U.S. Trends” link under the "Where We are Headed" link also shares a historical perspective about the evolution of U.S. society.
I have missed getting out my blog posts and newsletters the past few months. Some of you have contacted me and requested to keep receiving them. Thank you and I’m sorry I’ve neglected getting them out. I will now provide a Keys to Evolution newsletter and related blog posts with articles that address the four key evolutionary traits. I suspect you might like these a lot as they’ll cover many of the same topics while adding a new level of depth and research. As the name states, I’m sure it will evolve over time and I hope to hear your thoughts and suggestions about the material and/or my services as well. Thank you!
For now, please do check out my new site as there is a lot of material to read and ponder.
I will add that the photography is courtesy of my dear friend and therapist in Georgia (and an incredible photographer!) – Tom Query of Wellspring Arts. I also want to thank Deborah Carter-Mastelotto for all of her help and support with my new Website hosting company. There are also a dozen friends and family who cheered me on and told me to “Go for it!” Thank you!
One more note – evolution means growth. My focus does not exclude spirituality – it includes it. I am looking at the best aspects within us and focusing on how we can keep emphasizing our best parts. So often, we get hung up on our failures and shortcomings – resulting in being frozen and overwhelmed. This new shift focuses on the positive within us, so that we can move forward in confidence. It also provides a light when we feel lost in the emotional and social fog.
